very bab, it took one month two week for the product to be delivered, the product was not delivered the date they said they will deliver and the product came damaged. customer service is very poor, it’s been a week now and I have been asking for a refund and nobody has said any thing reasonable to me. I will not recommend this company to any one. they are scammers. the seller told me to contact Alibaba logistics for my refund. and when I told her it was not my responsibility she told me she didn’t damage the product indirectly she’s trying to say she can not do anything about the damage product. I think she intentionally send me a damage product to scam me this is very disappointing and unprofessional. I’m don’t understand why alibaby will give such a person their plateform to do business. she also told me she’s not responding for the shipping fee if I want to return the product.

I need to communicate with the logistics provider about compensation first and then ask the logistics provider to pick up the goods. I said many times that I would ask the logistics provider to contact you, which takes time.
If you send it directly to me, I may need a very expensive express fee, which is much different from the price of Alibaba platform.
